Senior Officer - Warehouse

You will become a part of our dynamic Supply Chain & Warehouse Operations team, where accuracy, accountability, and efficiency are the core values. Your role will involve ensuring smooth warehouse operations, maintaining timely documentation, and complying with company SOPs to support our pharma business. **Key Responsibilities:** - Scrutinize and distribute documents for all incoming receipts. - Update related files and maintain accurate warehouse records. - Prepare stock identification tags for incoming goods. - Conduct 100% physical verification of all incoming receipts. - Communicate discrepancies or damages to concerned stakeholders and ensure timely replacements and accounting. - Ensure on-time GRN preparation in SAP after unloading and scanning. - Perform timely updates of warehouse records as per defined frequency. - Carry out periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation as per SOP timelines. - Execute SAP activities related to shipments and maintain documentation. - Supervise container stuffing and ensure outbound scanning as per SOP. - Conduct SOP trainings as per the training calendar. - Prepare and submit MIS reports on time. **Qualifications & Experience:** - Qualification: B.Sc. / B. Com. - Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a pharma warehouse environment. - Job-specific skills: Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP software. - Other desirable skills: Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
