Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Officer, Branch Relationship Manager to join our Consumer Banking Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in branch relationship management and consumer banking.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Manage and analyze customer data to provide insights for improving sales strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in branch relationship management or consumer banking.
Strong knowledge of consumer banking products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
