Overview
CACTUS is a remote-first organization and we embrace an accelerate from anywhere culture. This role, however is an On-site role. You may be required to work from our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events.We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst with expertise in Network & Security. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining a variety of network devices and services, including Fortigate firewalls routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, load balancers, VPNs, QoS, and Azure Cloud.Please note - This is not a remote opportunity. We are looking for candidates based in Mumbai & are open to working on-site.
Responsibilities
- Expertly deploy, configure, and maintain Fortinet Firewalls, ensuring robust security measures.
- Manage Access Points for Wi-Fi networks, overseeing configurations, optimizations and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Switching and Routing protocols for efficient network performance.
- Utilize and leverage Azure Cloud services for network Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
- Implement and manage IPsec protocols to secure network communications.
- Collaborate in troubleshooting and configuring VLANs, VTP, STP, HSRP for seamless network operations.
- Oversee licensing, redundancy setup, access point groups, layer2 authentication, and PSK for comprehensive network management.
- Coordinate with ISP to resolve circuit issues.
- Keep network diagrams, SOPs, and documentation up-to-date, providing accurate references for future maintenance.
- Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports to identify and address network issues proactively.
Qualifications And Prerequisites
- Any bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3- 5 years of experience in Network & Security roles with working knowledge of On-premise & Azure Cloud services.
- Certifications in Azure, CCNA, CCNP, and FortiGate are highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols, and security protocols.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing and optimizing network performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
