Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze network performance using tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, or similar. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve intermediate to advanced network issues including switch/router configurations, VLAN conflicts, and wireless network disruptions. 
• Manage network provisioning, user access, and installation of networking equipment. 
• Maintain and update detailed documentation of network configurations, topologies, and inventories. 
• Design, implement, and optimize network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, and wireless environments. 
• Configure and manage security devices such as firewalls (Cisco ASA, Fortinet, Palo Alto, SonicWall), routers, switches, and load balancers. 
• Implement and uphold network security standards and compliance policies. 
• Provide Office 365 support and end-user assistance for general IT issues. 

Required Skills & Tools:

• Proficient in network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, etc.) 
• In-depth knowledge of switch/router configuration, VLANs, VPNs, and SD-WAN 
• Experience managing firewalls and security appliances (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.) 
• Strong understanding of network security principles and protocols 
• Familiarity with Office 365 administration and end-user support 
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and analytical skills 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Network+ preferred
