Senior Mis Executive

Job Title: Office Coordinator & ERP / MIS Officer Location: Shalimar Bagh (Delhi) Experience Required: 5–10 years About the Role: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to manage MIS reporting, ERP implementation support, and office coordination. This role will act as the primary link between the Director, IT, and operational teams, ensuring timely and accurate reporting for informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities: MIS Reporting (Primary Focus) • Collect, consolidate, and present MIS reports from all departments (finance, projects, operations, HR, etc.). • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reports. • Present reports to the Director in a clear, structured, and actionable manner. • Track KPIs and highlight critical issues requiring management attention. • Maintain historical data and dashboards for trend analysis. ERP Implementation Support • Coordinate with ERP developers/IT consultants and departments for smooth rollout. • Assist in user training, monitoring data accuracy, and adoption of ERP features. • Document ERP workflows, manuals, and FAQs for staff reference. • Escalate technical issues to ERP developers/IT team. Office Coordination / PA Tasks • Manage daily office administration, scheduling, and correspondence. • Facilitate smooth communication between management, IT, and operational teams. • Maintain company documents, SOPs, and project records. • Assist Director in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks. Required Skills & Competencies • 5–10 years experience in MIS reporting, office coordination, or PA roles. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and dashboards. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and follow guidance from IT and management. • Proactive, organized, and reliable. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related field. • Exposure to ERP systems and dashboards is highly desirable.
