Role & responsibilities

Qualification:

Role & Responsibilities:

MIS reports for projects Infra Expenses:

Prepare and maintain monthly MIS reports for project-related expenses.

Expenses Report:

Prepare and track MIS reports for expenses incurred by the company, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Society Expenses Support:

Collect supporting documentation for society expenses, particularly for handover purposes.

Debtors Report:

Prepare and maintain an updated list of debtors and defaulters in Excel, ensuring proper tracking and timely follow-up.

Inter-Departmental Debits & Notes:

Review and check inter-department debit notes (e.g., water, electricity, etc.) for accuracy.
Prepare inter-department IOMs (Inter-Office Memos) as needed.

Maintenance Receipts:

Update maintenance receipts in Excel sheets and coordinate with site teams for receipt preparation.

Bank Reconciliation:

Perform monthly reconciliation for all society bank accounts, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.

Account Opening Coordination:

Process the opening of new bank accounts for individual societies, coordinating with banks, the company secretary department, and other stakeholders.

Advance Maintenance Records:

Maintain records of advance maintenance received and track it in an Excel sheet.

Fixed Deposit Management:

Process and manage fixed deposit transactions for societies, including tracking interest receipts and updating records.

Interest Receipt Updates:

Update quarterly interest received on society FDs (Fixed Deposits) in Excel and pass necessary entries in the ERP system
