The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process automation and will play a key role in enhancing Teams efficiency through technical implementations, custom tool development, and digital transformation. MIS Manager: Key Responsibilities • Analyze business processes and design tailored automation solutions using Google Workspace and Apps Script. • Develop and deploy customized Google Workspace systems including Sheets, Forms, Docs, and Gmail workflows. • Build real-time reporting and visualization dashboards using Looker Studio • Create and maintain Apps Script-based applications to automate tasks across departments such as HR, Finance, Operations, and Compliance etc. • Collaborate with team to understand requirements, map workflows, and propose technical solutions. • Maintain day to day Google sheets. • Data Management and Analysis, Reports Generation • Implement and analysis data to create daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports • Assist in the development and improvement of business workflows using MIS tools. Skills- • Hands-on MS-word and MS Excel (Formatting, Vlookup, Hlookup, Reverse Vlookup, Pivot Table, Count Function, Sum Function,Index Match, Data Analysis, Data Validation). • Google App Script, Google Sheets, Google Forms, SOPs, Looker Studio • Strong proficiency in Google Apps Script (JavaScript-based). • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work with non-technical members. • Knowledge of data visualization best practices and workflow automation patterns. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
