Job Description

Work Shift - Night Shift

Responsibilities:

Maintaining, enhancing and reporting various internal data that is used for presentations to Executive Leadership.
Tracking performance against already established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that
measure efficiencies, quality and productivity.
Creating a method for, implementing, and continued responsibility for tracking and reporting.
Determining and implementing ways to increase consistency, effectiveness and efficiency of the reports and system input.
Oversee report generation & distribution to operations & executive group in accurate and timely manner.
Perform data analysis & recommendations for improved reporting to Executive group on a periodic basis.
Should be proficient in Numerical and Statistical Analysis., knowledge on MS Excel, Access & other database tools.
Candidate should possess good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access and other database tools.
Strong verbal and written business communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in an information technology, Commerce, Tech or Engineering disciplines is required and an MBA or equivalent in Strategy, Marketing, Finance, Business Analytics, or Data Science is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience or relevant experience in Core MIS with people management skill set.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
