Role and responsibilities Experience in Production Support /Application Support. Hands-on Experience of Relational Databases (either Postgres or Oracle) SQL Queries, Hands-on Experience of Jboss App server/ Weblogic/ Tomcat Apache required Knowledge of basic Networking terms like telnet, ping, netstat, LAN, WAN Should be aware about ITIL Process.
