Senior MIS Executive

As a Senior MIS Executive, you will be responsible for Planning , updating of audit status and ensuring compliance with audit requirements. Your role involves strategic planning, process optimization, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Here are the key responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and Coordination:
• Collaborate with Client daily basis for audit plans and objectives.
• Ensure alignment between planning initiatives and organizational goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute planning activities.
• Audit Compliance and Reporting:
• Monitor compliance with audit regulations and standards.
• Prepare and submit audit reports to relevant authorities.
• Address any audit findings promptly and implement corrective actions.
• Process Optimization:
• Evaluate existing planning processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement best practices to achieve optimal results.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
• Assess risks related to planning and operational processes.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Ensure timely communication of risks to relevant stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Liaise with internal teams, external auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide regular updates on planning status and audit progress.
• Facilitate effective communication across departments.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Experience: Proven track record in planning, audit, or compliance management.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
