As a Senior MIS Executive, you will be responsible for Planning , updating of audit status and ensuring compliance with audit requirements. Your role involves strategic planning, process optimization, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Here are the key responsibilities: Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Coordination : Collaborate with Client daily basis for audit plans and objectives. Ensure alignment between planning initiatives and organizational goals. Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute planning activities. Audit Compliance and Reporting : Monitor compliance with audit regulations and standards. Prepare and submit audit reports to relevant authorities. Address any audit findings promptly and implement corrective actions. Process Optimization : Evaluate existing planning processes and identify areas for improvement. Streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices to achieve optimal results. Risk Assessment and Mitigation : Assess risks related to planning and operational processes. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Ensure timely communication of risks to relevant stakeholders. Stakeholder Communication : Liaise with internal teams, external auditors, and regulatory bodies. Provide regular updates on planning status and audit progress. Facilitate effective communication across departments. Qualifications: Education : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Diploma in Electrical Engineering Experience : Proven track record in planning, audit, or compliance management. Skills : Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
