Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join the Eye Mantra team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions. You will be instrumental in creating accurate reports, identifying trends, and ensuring that critical information is communicated clearly to relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational data to identify performance trends.

Generate, maintain, and automate reports for management review.

Provide actionable insights based on data interpretation.

Dashboard Management:

Develop and maintain performance dashboards to track key metrics.

Present insights and findings using charts, graphs, and data visualization tools.

Process Improvement:

Recommend improvements in data collection processes and report automation.

Identify anomalies or gaps in reporting and address them proactively.

Coordination & Communication:

Liaise with different departments to gather data and ensure alignment on metrics.

Share regular updates with stakeholders and management.

Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain accurate documentation for all reporting procedures.

Ensure compliance with internal data policies and privacy standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in a similar MIS or data analysis role.

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and Google Sheets.

Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

High attention to detail and accuracy.
