Job Description

Role - Senior Merchandiser

Company - Evolv Clothing

Location - Perungudi, Chennai

Key Responsibilities :

Assisting in sampling and product development
Co-ordinating with vendors and suppliers
Support merchandising team in order execution
Tracking approvals and submissions
Maintaining time and action (T&A)calendar
Follow up on raw material procurement
Documentation and data management
Internal co-ordination with departments
Monitoring production progress
Assisting in quality checks and inspections
Reporting and updating order status

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Fashion Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Willingness to travel for client meetings, factory visits, and industry events.
