Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Merchandiser to join our team at our Noida office. In this on-site role, the Senior Merchandiser will manage end-to-end merchandising functions — from product development coordination and sampling to production monitoring, costings, export documentation support, and ensuring timely delivery to clients.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of merchandising experience in lighting, home décor, consumer goods, or related industry

Comfortable working with ERP software for order management and reporting

Good command over English communication

Strong understanding of international export processes and compliance needs

Good knowledge of materials, finishes, hardware, and packaging

Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and strong multi-tasking skills

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle clients professionally

Comfortable working on-site, Monday–Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Order Management

Liaise with international buyers for orders, approvals, and follow-ups.

Product Development Coordination

Work closely with design, engineering, and sampling teams to develop new products aligned with market needs.

Costing & Negotiation

Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and maintain target profitability.

Production Monitoring

Track progress from procurement to final packaging to ensure quality and timelines.

Quality Control & Compliance

Ensure products meet international safety and certification requirements.

Logistics & Documentation Support

Coordinate shipping schedules and export paperwork with internal teams and logistics partners.
