•Support audits, reviews, and authority interactions (internal/external).
MBSE Leadership & Modeling:-
•Develop SysML models representing safety requirements, functional failures, failure propagation, and mitigations.
•Ensure consistent integration of safety artifacts within the aircraft-level MBSE model.
•Lead architectural reviews to ensure design alignment with safety objectives.
•Mentor mid- and junior-level engineers on MBSE and safety modeling best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:-
•Work with aircraft systems teams to ensure safety requirements flow down to subsystems.
•Coordinate with V&V, system integration, and reliability teams to close safety actions.
•Drive consistency between system models, requirements, and certification evidence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
•Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Aerospace, Systems Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
•8–18 years of experience in systems engineering with strong MBSE and safety background.
•Hands-on experience in ARP4761 safety processes (FHA, FTA, FMEA, PSSA, SSA).
•Proficiency in SysML and MBSE tools (Cameo, Capella, Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect).
•Strong understanding of aircraft system architectures, functions, and interactions.
•Experience with certification documentation and compliance for aircraft systems.
•Familiarity with requirement management tools (DOORS, Polarion, Jama).
•Excellent communication, review, and technical documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:-
•Experience collaborating with external certification consultants
•Knowledge of aircraft-level integration challenges and safety-critical development.
•Experience with model-based safety analysis tools (HiP-HOPS, Medini, etc.).
•Ability to lead safety audits, technical reviews, and certification meetings.
•Exposure to quantitative safety assessments (PRA, Monte Carlo, reliability modeling).
What We Offer:-
•Opportunity to lead aircraft-level safety & certification initiatives.
•High-impact role influencing safety architecture, compliance, and certification success.
•Collaborative environment with exposure to global certification experts.
