Job Description

As a highly skilled and certified Marketo Campaign Specialist, your role will involve designing, building, and managing end-to-end Marketo campaigns, collaborating with various teams for campaign execution, and optimizing campaign performance. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, building, and managing end-to-end Marketo campaigns such as emails, landing pages, forms, and smart lists. - Collaborating with demand generation, product marketing, and sales teams to support campaign execution and lead nurturing workflows. - Managing segmentation, scoring, and lifecycle stages to optimize campaign performance and conversion rates. - Monitoring campaign metrics, analyzing results, and creating detailed reports and dashboards to improve future campaigns. - Ensuring data accuracy, compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and integration between Marketo and CRM systems. - Maintaining campaign calendars and ensuring timely execution aligned with the overall marketing strategy. - Continuously optimizing workflows and templates for better efficiency and performance. In order to excel in this role, you are required to possess the following skills and qualifications: - 5 years of hands-on experience in Marketo as a core marketing automation tool. - Must be a Marketo Certified Expert or Specialist. - Strong understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, and customer journey mapping. - Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization. - Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a must. - Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance tracking and reporting. - Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.,
