We're looking for Managers with expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud to join our Technology Consulting practice where we provide a one-stop solution for end-to-end project implementation enabled by expertise in Enterprise Application products. As a Manager with expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud, you will act as a techno-functional solution architect delivering Oracle EPM implementation projects to our clients. You will be involved across the project SDLC phases, including gathering business requirements, functional/technical design, development, testing, training, deployment, and post go-live support activities. A proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach is essential, along with a readiness to learn new technologies to meet client requirements. Quality, correctness, and completeness of all project deliverables must be ensured while adhering to consulting standards. Effective collaboration and communication with onshore and client stakeholders in a timely manner are crucial aspects of the role. Additionally, willingness to lead a small team of developers, build high-performing teams, and travel onsite on a short-term or long-term basis as needed are key responsibilities. Strong written/verbal communication, presentation, and interactive skills are required for this role. To qualify for this role, you must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in EPM implementation modules and have completed 2 implementation projects in either Oracle EPBCS, FCCS, EDMCS, ARCS, EPCM, PCMCS, or TRCS/NR. Expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud functionality, including data management, security, reporting, metadata, forms, task manager, task lists, smart lists, workflows, EPMAutomate, etc., is essential. Proficiency in designing and implementing EPM data integration solutions and a good understanding of financial statements, financial close, budgeting, and forecasting processes are required. Ideally, you'll also have exposure to key EPM technologies in the market such as OneStream, Tagetik, Anaplan, Blackline, etc., as well as On-Premises Hyperion Suite, Essbase 21c, OAC, etc. Strong functional understanding of FP&A processes, accounting standards, and reporting requirements of a typical CFO function is beneficial. Diverse experience working across sectors, regions, and clients, and a proven track record of demonstrating end-to-end accountability, exceeding customer expectations, and achieving service delivery excellence are advantageous. As a Sales Consultant within the Oracle Pre-Sales function, you will utilize your expertise to support sales, customers, and partners by providing in-depth product knowledge and guidance on Oracle solutions. Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Marketo QA Specialist to support the execution and quality assurance of demand generation campaigns. The ideal candidate will work closely with campaign managers, brand and communication teams, and key stakeholders to ensure the flawless delivery of marketing assets and programs through Marketo. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with campaign managers and stakeholders to understand project objectives, timelines, and requirements. 2. Assist in the setup, testing, and execution of marketing campaigns in Marketo (including email, webinar, nurture, and event campaigns). 3. Perform thorough quality assurance checks on campaign assets including emails, landing pages, forms, CTAs, tokens, and personalization snippets. 4. Validate that emails render correctly across multiple browsers, devices, and email clients; identify and troubleshoot rendering and formatting issues. 5. Ensure all assets adhere to Fiserv and Clover brand guidelines and follow best practices for deliverability and compliance. 6. Test and resolve HTML/CSS and coding issues related to email templates and other digital assets within Marketo. 7. Support the creation and management of Marketo programs, ensuring consistent performance and campaign integrity. 8. Review campaign components for accuracy in content, links, dynamic elements, and imagery. 9. Contribute to continuous process improvements by identifying gaps and making recommendations related to QA workflows and marketing automation. 10. Experience with project management tools like Adobe Workfront to interpret campaign briefs and ensure accurate asset builds. 11. Hands-on experience in creating smart lists, applying suppression rules, and managing segmentation based on business requirements. 12. Familiarity with testing and validating Preference Center, Subscription Center, and Opt-Out functionalities within Marketo. 13. Adherence to standard naming conventions, folder structures, and documentation practices 14. Awareness of lead database integrity, and ability to identify and escalate data sync or segmentation anomalies that may impact campaign performance. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1. 24 years of experience working with Marketo in a QA, campaign operations, or marketing automation role. 2. Strong understanding of email marketing principles, best practices, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.). 3. Experience with QA testing tools and techniques for digital assets across devices and platforms. 4. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and email rendering nuances. 5. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 6. Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to provide clear, constructive feedback to stakeholders. 7. Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) is a plus. 2. Familiarity with Litmus or Email on Acid for rendering and testing. 3. Experience in B2B tech or financial services marketing.
