SOR approvals, feasibility assessments & supplier nominations

ZBC cost modelling & negotiations

RFQ → prototype → validation → pilot → PPAP clearance

8D, audits & corrective actions

contracts, SLAs, AMC & warranty frameworks

SMT, PCB, harness, flashing & module assembly

alternate sourcing & import substitution

✅ Mentor sourcing teams & drive cross-functional execution

Success Metrics (KPIs)

On-time PPAP delivery & audit compliance

Annual cost savings through VA/VE

Localization % growth across electrical modules

B.E./B.Tech – Electrical / Electronics

20–25 years

APQP/PPAP, supplier audits, testing & validation
