– Process, AOS & Documentation for Internal and exterior trim line – Bus manufacturing

Education: B.E Experience: 10 to 12 Years Exp In the Automotive Manufacturing Industry. In-depth knowledge in

l Documentation of process planning, Layout planning, tools, jigs/fixtures torque wrench, equipments

l Making Assembly operation sequence, process sheet, time measurement, Critical process characteristics like PFD, PFMEA, Line side storage etc.

l Should have knowledge of gaps and fitment and clearances.

l Should have hands on experience of assembly of buses of trim and interiors like seats, trims, interiors etc.

l Making Bill of requirements with technical requirements of equipment, concepts of jigs/fixtures, material handling systems.

l Making station wise and line wise MBOM.

l Evaluate the Requirements and technical offer and give feedback on the same.

l Do VDFA, GD&T and workout feasibility for assembly.

l Hands on experience in Bus manufacturing.

Independence expected:

·        Making AOS, Layout and Process layout

·        Make RFQ’s for various types of equipment with 85% accuracy

·        Making MBOM and station wise BOM.

·        Having Knowledge of the assembly and trim.

·        Working on making critical operation station wise and model wise and integration with MES.

·        Work on Fool proofing concept.
