Senior Manager - Web Development

Job Description:

  • Full-stack web development using WordPress, Drupal, and other CMS platforms.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue).
  • Strong back-end skills (PHP, MySQL, RESTful APIs).
  • Build custom themes, plugins, and modules as needed.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and responsive web applications.
  • Follow best practices for securing web applications against common vulnerabilities (e.g., XSS, SQL injection, CSRF).
  • Conduct regular security audits and implement measures such as SSL, two-factor authentication, and access controls.
  • Collaborate with designers and project managers to translate requirements into functional, secure solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across multiple browsers and platforms.
  • Proven experience with WordPress and Drupal development.
  • Strong knowledge of web security standards and techniques.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Experience with security plugins and tools for CMS platforms.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure accessibility, usability, and performance.
  • Fix SEO technical issues by optimizing site speed, improving crawlability, managing redirects, optimizing metadata (title tags, descriptions), and ensuring mobile optimization.
  • Implement on-page SEO strategies (semantic HTML, structured data, internal linking) to improve organic search rankings.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
