Senior Manager - Training

As a Product Trainer, your role involves training employees on product knowledge, processes, and soft skills. You will be responsible for identifying training needs, interacting with employees, conducting group meetings, and providing training to clients. Additionally, you will gather information on clients undergoing training, determine training topics, and manage constraints such as time, accommodation, and budgeting. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in sales and 2 years in a training department. A graduation degree is required for this position.
