As a Product Trainer, your role involves training employees on product knowledge, processes, and soft skills. You will be responsible for identifying training needs, interacting with employees, conducting group meetings, and providing training to clients. Additionally, you will gather information on clients undergoing training, determine training topics, and manage constraints such as time, accommodation, and budgeting. Your key responsibilities include: - Identifying the need for training - Interacting with employees - Conducting group meetings - Providing training to clients - Gathering client information - Determining training topics - Managing constraints - Bridging the gap between internal and external clients - Organizing team building activities - Operating an open-door policy - Delivering high-quality training and development In terms of stakeholder interfaces, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the sales team from all departments, and external stakeholders like agents or producers. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in sales and 2 years in a training department. A graduation degree is required for this position.
