Job Title: Graphic Designer Location: Goregaon, Mumbai POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling and innovative design solutions across various media, including digital and print. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, excellent technical skills, and the ability to translate marketing and brand strategies into impactful visuals. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual content for a variety of products & campaigns, including but not limited to: • Marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, advertisements) • Digital assets (social media graphics, website banners, email templates) • Branding elements (logos, style guides, visual identity) • Infographics and illustrations 2. Collaborate closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective designs. 3. Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual communications. 4. Utilize design software and tools proficiently (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 5. Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively 6. Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software advancements. 7. Prepare files for print or digital output, ensuring high quality and accuracy. 8. Maintain an organized library of design assets EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Proven graphic design experience of 3-6 years with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Coral draw, HTML & CSS. • In-depth understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. • Excellent visual communication and conceptual skills. • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
