Job Description

Looking for a skilled Senior Manager - Training to join our team at Omega Healthcare Management Services Pvt. Ltd., with 8-14 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and create targeted solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training objectives with business goals.
Design and deliver engaging training sessions using various methodologies.
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements
