Senior Manager - Training

Job Roles & Responsibilities :

• Excellent organization and project management skills - this will require aggressive planning, organizing and coordinating, negotiating, establishing effective cross-team relationships, prioritization, and delivery against objectives.
• Strengthen internal processes for communications, needs identification, internal facilitator management and reporting dashboards and metrics.
• Identify opportunities for ongoing process improvements and drive team to implement such projects.
• Responsible to design and facilitate Training Programs
• Delivery of Batches in adherence to times lines
• Conducting Training Needs Analysis
• Training Metrics and Performance Dashboards
• Content Development & Knowledge Management
• Evaluate effectiveness of Training Intervention
• Responsible to lead all the training improvement projects
• Liaison with leadership team and other senior staff to address training needs
• Planning and organizing continues improvement program for Existing employees
• Conducting TTT programs for trainers & supervisors
• Designing Leadership Training Courses
• Work strategically with L&D team to identify and share best-in-class learning solutions
• Maintain and enhance Training Policies and Procedures
• Active participation in staff recruitment interviews, created domain hiring tests for new hires

Desired Skills :

• 10+ years of RCM Domain experience
• Extensive knowledge of RCM industry
• Strong Leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of process improvement programs like Six Sigma or Kaizen
• Open to work in shift
