Job Description

Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their requirements and delivering customized solutions.

Ensure smooth customer onboarding by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Possess a sound understanding of regulatory guidelines pertaining to Foreign Investments.

Take complete ownership of client queries, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.

Monitor NAV releases for clients, coordinating with the Fund Accounting team to meet agreed TATs.

Collaborate with the Accounts and Finance teams for fee calculations, cross-check figures using the NAV pack, and release weekly/monthly fee statements to clients. Address any client clarifications related to the same.

Work closely with the Operations team to process client requests such as subscriptions and redemptions accurately and within stipulated timelines.

Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Liaise with administrators and distributor/referral agents to facilitate smooth onboarding.

Track and manage client fund transfer requests, coordinating with PCM and Custodian as required.

Gather prompt and accurate client feedback, ensuring all valid concerns are addressed immediately.

Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant teams for quick resolution.
