Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager - Talent Excellence to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in talent management, preferably in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on job descriptions and job specifications.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and vendors.
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in talent management, focusing on recruitment and employee development.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms.
