Job Title: Assistant Manager Audit and Assurance

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Chartered Accountant with 3 to 5 years
of experience to join our team as an Assistant Manager – Audit and Assurance. The ideal
candidate will have a strong understanding and practical exposure to accounting principles,
financial analysis, and taxation, and will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and
communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expert Knowledge of IND AS: Apply in-depth understanding of Indian Accounting Standards
(IND AS) to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.
- Support audit engagements by preparing audit schedules, conducting audit tests, and
assisting in the resolution of audit queries.
- Draft audit reports, observations, and interact with clients.
- Lead and guide the team to complete assignments within deadlines.
- Build and maintain sustainable client relationships.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and taxation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
