About the Position

SEO & B2B Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Organic Growth

• Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive SEO strategies (On-Page & Off-Page)
• Conduct competitive research, keyword planning, and content optimization

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Oversee brand presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram
• Plan and execute

  LinkedIn Ads

  focused on B2B lead generation

Lead Generation & Funnel Management

• Create and refine lead generation funnels aligned with the sales pipeline
• Monitor and enhance campaign performance using SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Search Console

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Prepare performance reports and deliver insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Required Experience & Skills

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in

  SEO & B2B Digital Marketing

• Proven success in

  lead generation and campaign management

• Strong knowledge of digital tools:
• Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs
• LinkedIn Ads & Meta Business Suite
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting abilities
• Expertise in keyword strategies, content planning & funnel optimization

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience with CRM & email marketing tools like

  HubSpot / Mailchimp

• Basic design abilities using

  Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

• Familiarity with automation and email segmentation workflows
