Job Description

Role Overview: As an Operations & Process Transformation Manager at our company, you will play a vital role in driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. Your primary focus will be on providing strategic advisory services, conducting market research, and developing data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. You will be an integral part of our Supply chain and operations practice, helping organizations reimagine and transform their supply chains for the future, making a positive impact on the business, society, and the planet. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the Business/Process Architect leading whiteboarding sessions with senior business stakeholders - Utilize Business Architecture Framing techniques such as Operating Model Design, Value Chain Analysis, Customer Journey Mapping, and Business Capability Modelling - Conduct Process Discovery and/or Improvement initiatives - Lead the creation of assets, accelerators, use case creation, and enhancement - Drive business development initiatives and solutioning for RFP response - Demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to solve complex business problems - Utilize strong analytical skills to reach clear-cut, methodical solutions - Solve complex business problems and deliver client delight - Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills - Showcase cross-cultural competence and thrive in a dynamic environment - Employ strong team-management skills Qualification Required: - Minimum 8+ years of experience in the required domain - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Proven track record with marquee BPM tools like ARIS, Blueworks, Signavio, and/or market leaders in architecture space e.g. LeanIX, BiZZdesign, Alfabet etc. - In-depth knowledge of industry trends, ERP/CRM platform transformation journey, new technologies, and tools - Experience with lean six sigma projects and/or training/certification will be a plus - Strong communication skills, especially around breaking down complex structures into digestible and relevant points for a diverse set of clients and colleagues at all levels Additional Information: You will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects and experience career growth and leadership exposure at our company.,
