You will create a trustworthy atmosphere that fosters open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving student conversions from existing Channel Partners for offer conversions - Handling escalations effectively and resolving issues within defined TAT - Defining KRAs, KPIs, and reporting metrics to measure progress - Ensuring managers track target achievement as per set frequency - Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for an assigned domain - Regularly overseeing and improving processes at the Business Unit - Maintaining product knowledge to maximize sales - Building and maintaining relationships with institutional delegates and channel partners - Ensuring business unit compliances - Analyzing, designing, documenting, and implementing internal reporting systems - Coordinating multiple teams to work towards unified goals - Implementing initiatives to measure customer satisfaction - Analyzing competition and taking steps to grow the business - Strategically planning and executing the entire business unit - Holding P&L accountability and ensuring optimum team performance - Sustaining a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer success - Ensuring services are in compliance with professional and company policy standards - Presenting MIS on a monthly basis to the CEO along with ED **Qualifications Required:** - At least 10-12 years of relevant experience in Sales - Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a team - Postgraduate in Business Management - Excellent communication skills - Good interpersonal and negotiation skills - Commercially astute - Strong analytical and data-driven thinking skills - Critical thinker and problem-solving skills - Team management and mentoring skills - Good time-management skills - Understanding of the business dynamics and key levers for superior results Join us at KC Overseas Education, where your talent is valued, ideas are celebrated, and careers flourish.
