Job Description

As the Sales Manager for the Raipur cluster region and various city locations at Schneider, your primary responsibility will be managing the sales of Schneider's entire product portfolio, with a significant focus on Power Systems, Industry, Partner Projects, Eco, H&D, and DE. You will closely collaborate with major contractors, end users in the industry, and panel builders to drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and map all customers assigned to the region. - Manage the existing customer base while actively developing new clients. - Accurately forecast and achieve order booking targets for various products including LV Switchgear (ACB, MCCB), power contactors, MCB, switches/wiring devices, meters, capacitors & APFC panels, wiring devices, relays, HT products, and industry solutions. - Identify and cultivate new customers while focusing on new projects. - Collaborate with channel partners to meet customer requirements and enhance their technical capabilities. - Increase market share within the region while ensuring profitability and timely collections. - Organize sales promotion events and drive business development initiatives. - Conduct effective negotiations, build strong relationships with customers, address their queries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Present a professional corporate image and act as a solution provider for customers. - Demonstrate excellent influencing and convincing skills, with mandatory proficiency in computer skills. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the electrical products industry. - Strong understanding of Power Systems and related products. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to effectively manage customer relationships and drive sales growth. - Proficiency in computer skills is mandatory for this role.,
