Senior Manager Sales

We are looking for dynamic sales professionals with proven experience in selling APIs and data solutions to Banks and NBFCs. The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to Credit Bureau products, strong client relationships, and a balance of both farming (account management, upsell/cross-sell) and hunting (new client acquisition) capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development (hunting) by identifying and acquiring new clients across Banks, NBFCs, and FinTechs.
• Manage and grow existing accounts (farming) by maintaining strong relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Sell API-based solutions, Credit Bureau data, and allied products to financial institutions.
• Develop account strategies, proposals, and customized solutions based on client requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Collaborate with internal product, technology, and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and solution delivery.
• Track market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the Banking, NBFC, and FinTech ecosystem.
• Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking forums.

Key Skills:

• Experience: 5 to 10 years in Sales /Business Development with Banks, NBFCs, Credit Bureaus, or FinTechs.
• Strong track record of selling APIs, Credit Bureau solutions, or data-driven products.
• Proven ability in both farming (account growth) and hunting (new acquisition).
• Established network and relationships within the BFSI sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and deliver results.
• Candidates who are currently in notice period or immediately available will be preferred.
