Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to spearhead our online presence and drive business growth through strategic social media engagement. Based in Kollam, this role requires a deep understanding of popular social media platforms in Kerala and a proven ability to translate online activity into concrete business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a creative storyteller, analytical thinker, and adept at managing diverse social media campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with business objectives (e.g., lead generation, brand awareness, customer engagement, sales conversions). Identify target audiences within Kerala and tailor content and platform strategies to effectively reach and engage them. Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the local market. Content Creation & Curation: Create compelling, high-quality, and relevant content (text, image, video, infographics, stories, reels) optimized for each platform's unique requirements. Demonstrate strong proficiency in creating engaging content in both English and Malayalam to resonate with the local audience. Curate user-generated content and relevant industry news to maintain an active and dynamic presence. Platform Management & Growth: Manage and grow our presence on key social media platforms popular in Kerala, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business . Schedule and publish posts, stories, and videos consistently to maintain brand visibility and engagement. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and recommend new strategies. Community Engagement & Management: Actively engage with our online community, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive relationships with followers and identify potential brand advocates. Paid Social Media Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with clear objectives, targeting specific demographics and interests in Kerala. Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and achieve conversion goals. Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using relevant metrics (reach, engagement rate, conversion rates, website traffic, leads generated, ROI). Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and strategic adjustments. Business Generation Focus: Proactively identify and cultivate opportunities for lead generation and direct business inquiries through social media channels.
