Chubb Fire & Security Group is looking for Senior Manager, Sales to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Sales Strategy Development:Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for sales growth.
Team Leadership:Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and coaching.Set clear sales goals and targets for the team.
Sales Planning:Create sales plans and budgets, outlining sales goals, target markets, and quotas.Develop forecasting and reporting mechanisms to track progress.
