Key Areas of Responsibility Integrations (50%) Assist in the development and maintenance of Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors) Translate business requirements into clear, structured integration specifications Collaborate with HR, IT, and downstream teams (e.g. payroll, reporting, IDM) to deliver robust integration solutions Support testing and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and technical integrity Document integration logic, error handling, and interface dependencies Business Analysis & Testing (50%) Gather and document functional requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders Support testing (unit, regression, UAT), track issues, and validate outcomes Assist in end-user documentation and support materials Support basic reporting setups in Workday Report Writer and validate outputs against business expectations Skills And Experience Required 25 years' experience in Workday or equivalent HRIS / integration support role Basic understanding of Workday modules (HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Talent) and how Workday integrates with systems like payroll, reporting tools, and identity management Experience documenting requirements and working with cross-functional stakeholders Strong written communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills Understanding of data flows, APIs, XML or similar structures Nice To Have Exposure to Workday Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, or middleware tools Workday certification (especially in integrations) Experience working within Agile or structured delivery environments Ideal Profile Youre early in your HR tech or integration career, keen to build broad capabilities across systems, data, and delivery.
