Job Description

As a Senior Manager Sales in our company, you will play a crucial role in leading and driving revenue growth in Cloud Support, Development, and DevOps solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, building strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategy for cloud services, DevOps, and application development solutions. - Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets. - Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions. - Identify and drive opportunities for new customer acquisitions and market expansion. - Build and maintain strong relationships with IT decision-makers and DevOps leaders. - Drive key enterprise deals, negotiate contracts, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction. - Work closely with cloud service providers and DevOps tool vendors to strengthen partnerships. - Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to position our solutions effectively. - Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for cloud and DevOps offerings. - Monitor sales KPIs, forecasts, and performance metrics for data-driven decision-making. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum 12 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in cloud, DevOps, or enterprise IT solutions sales. - Proven track record in selling AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and IT automation solutions. - Strong understanding of DevOps workflows, cloud-native development, and managed cloud support services. - Demonstrated leadership, team management, and strategic planning abilities. - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. - Experience in managing large enterprise accounts and driving high-value deals. In this role, you will need to stay updated on advancements in cloud computing, DevOps, and IT automation. Understanding customer pain points related to cloud migration, CI/CD, Kubernetes, microservices, and IT support will be essential. Working with solution architects and engineers to align sales strategies with technical capabilities is also a key aspect of this position.
