We are seeking a talented individual to join our Sales Enablement team at Mercer. This role will be based in Gurgaon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office

Senior Manager – Proposal and Research Support

The Proposal and Research Support Specialist will play a vital role in supporting our proposal development, research, and data management efforts. This role will assist with Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) document management, competitor analysis, research activities, and maintaining data accuracy within Smartsheet databases. Additionally, the Specialist will support the preparation of RFP response documents and infrastructure updates, including staff bios and the collection of RFP response items. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a background in writing or communications, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

We will count on you to:

  • Assist with the preparation, organization, and management of FOIA documents to ensure compliance and timely responses.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and research to support strategic decision-making and proposal content development.
  • Update and maintain data within Smartsheet databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with infrastructure updates such as maintaining staff bios and collecting required items for RFP responses.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, proposal teams, and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all written and data-related tasks.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

What you need to have:

  • 10-1 years of work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in research, writing, or data management roles preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet or similar project management/data tracking tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
