Senior Manager - Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations across [specific departments, projects, or teams].
• Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes and systems to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products/services, adhering to company standards.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, developing innovative solutions to improve workflow.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set operational goals and align them with the company’s strategic vision.
• Manage and mentor a team of supervisors, staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and drive improvements.
• Manage budgets, resources, and inventory to ensure operational efficiency.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration across teams.
• Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for process improvement or innovation.

Education and Skills:

• B.E with (MBA or equivalent preferred).
• 15 years of experience in operations management or related roles, with at least [10] years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong understanding of business processes, project management, and supply chain operations.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems & SAP
