Job Description

Key Responsibility

  • Operations Management

  • People/resource management for Operations round the clock while ensuring Productivity & Hygiene
  • Data/GIS/record updation, reports sign-off, SOP compliance, Tools/equipment/DG handling/maintenance
  • Cross-functional co-ordination, Audits & reviews

  • Network Management

  • Network Planning, Deployment & uptime
  • Preventive Maintenance
  • Inventory/spares management & timely portal updation for inward/outward/ consumption

  • I&FR

  • Ensuring installations done within TAT keeping customer updated about progress & escalation management
  • Complaint Management Resolution, first time right resolution
  • Gross Fault Ratio GFR reduction & Repeat complaint action
  • Trigger SIP with Backhaul providers wherever required
  • Churn control & Retention. RCA of complaints/Network failure & corrective actions thereon

  • Network Maintenance & Hygiene

  • Ensure regular PM for Network equipments, & customer locations
  • Regular Infra check for installed towers/poles
  • Disaster Management

  • Other Tasks

  • Basic office expenses/petty cash management
  • Timely Recovery for termination cases
  • GIS Mapping within 24 hours of installation
  • Access network mapping till customer end in lepton and KMZ including inventory
  • Employee retention & team engagement, timely closure of recruitment pendency in sync with HR

Experience:- Min 7 years in telecom/ISP
