Detailed Job description :

Key Responsibilities:

The candidate must have proven expertise in:

Lead the drafting and validation of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for all Exchange applications including Trading, Surveillance, Listing, and Member interfaces.

Oversee the creation and maintenance of User Manuals and operational documentation.

Manage testing activities across multiple applications, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) functional and non-functional, System Integration Testing (SIT), Load Performance Testing and Usability Testing.

Provide strategic guidance on test planning, execution, and defect resolution.

Mentor and guide junior Business Analysts and Test Analysts in the team.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to drive process improvements and automation in testing.

Conduct risk assessment and impact analysis for system changes or upgrades.

Maintain high standards of documentation, version control, and reporting for audit purposes.

Ideal Candidate:

8-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets.

Hands-on experience in drafting business requirements and managing end-to-end testing of Exchange applications.

Stock Exchange or trading platform experience is preferred.

Strong understanding of Capital Markets operations and exchange systems.

Leadership experience, mentoring, and managing a small team of analysts/testers.

Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
