Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager located in Patna. The Senior Manager will oversee daily operations, manage teams of medical professionals, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities include strategic planning, resource allocation, performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. The Senior Manager will also play a crucial role in expanding the company's reach and developing new service offerings.

The Senior Manager will

• Oversee and coordinate operational activities across departments.
• Manage teams of healthcare professionals and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.
• Plan and execute strategies to expand company reach and improve service delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to design and launch new service offerings.
