Senior Manager-Manufacturing Excellence-Uttar Pradesh

Requirements:

• Lead and institutionalize Manufacturing Excellence initiatives across plants to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• • Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, TPM (Total
• Productive Maintenance), and 4R principles.
• • Drive process engineering improvements, process control, and automation
• initiatives to reduce variability and optimize yields.
• • Champion Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Quality systems for consistent
• product quality assurance .
• • Lead cross-functional projects focusing on cost savings, energy optimization, waste
• reduction, and resource utilization.
• • Develop and implement key performance metrics (KPIs) for continuous monitoring
• and improvement of plant performance.
• • Build capability and coach teams in manufacturing excellence tools and
• methodologies.
• • Partner with R&D, Engineering, Production, and QA teams for process validation,
• scale-up, and efficiency enhancement.
• • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and sustainability across all
• manufacturing operations.
• • Ensure alignment with corporate goals, EHS standards, and regulatory
• requirements.
• • Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Quality Systems
• techniques.
• • Expertise in Lean Tools (Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, SMED, Poka-Yoke).
• • Hands-on experience in TPM deployment and Six Sigma projects.
• • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• • Experience in process standardization, documentation, and benchmarking best
• practices.
• • Proven ability to drive cost reduction and productivity enhancement programs.
• • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

Educational

Qualification

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering & Management/ Production Engineering (mandatory).
• Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt
• Lean Manufacturing / TPM certification
