Senior Manager

You will be responsible for leading partner acquisition strategy and driving significant growth in visa

application volumes across your territory. This senior role involves managing and mentoring a

high-performing sales team, building a scalable partner sales engine, and ensuring operational excellence in engagements with travel agents, OTAs, tour operators, and DMCs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end process of identifying, acquiring, and onboarding travel agents, OTAs, tour operators, and DMCs.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing partner sales team with strong operational control to achieve and exceed targets.
• Design and scale a robust partner sales engine to drive visa application volumes and optimize revenue per partner.
• Foster strategic relationships with mid- and small-sized visa partners, ensuring engagement, loyalty, and reactivation of dormant accounts.
• Implement rigorous reporting and CRM discipline while channeling market intelligence to central teams for strategic and operational improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, pricing, and product teams to align partner strategies with overall business goals and market opportunities.

what we're looking for:

• 5–8 years of proven sales leadership experience in travel, visa, aviation, ticketing, SaaS, or fintech, with a track record of delivering results through teams.
• Well-established network within the regional travel trade ecosystem to accelerate partner acquisition and engagement.
• Exceptional communication and partner management skills, with the ability to influence and build long-term relationships.
• Self-driven leader with a strong sense of Ownership and accountability for results.
