Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager located in Surat. The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the team, developing and implementing strategies, and ensuring the achievement of business targets. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, analyzing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.

• Leadership and team management skills
• Strategic planning and implementation skills
• Financial analysis and reporting skills
• Experience in compliance and regulatory requirements
• Relationship-building and client management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
