Senior Manager - Key Account Management

Own and execute end-to-end account strategies for assigned key accounts, including growth, retention, and profitability plans

Build long-term, trust-based relationships with senior client stakeholders and decision-makers

Act as the primary escalation point for complex client issues and high-impact negotiations

Deliver against annual revenue, margin, and growth targets for key accounts

Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities aligned with client business objectives

Lead contract renewals, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations

Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless account delivery

Translate client needs into internal action plans and solution roadmaps

Drive alignment between client expectations and internal capabilities

Coach and mentor Key Account Managers to elevate performance and account planning rigor

Set clear objectives, KPIs, and development plans for team members

Lead by example in customer engagement and commercial discipline

Monitor account performance, risks, and opportunities using CRM and analytics tools

Prepare executive-level account reviews, forecasts, and business updates

Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and client industry dynamics
