About the Role:

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing with proven expertise in the HVAC/manufacturing industry. This is a leadership role where you’ll be responsible for scaling our sales performance, building market presence, and driving growth strategies across national and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Expand and manage distributor/partner networks across regions. Plan, launch, and monitor product marketing campaigns. Create competitive pricing strategies and accurate sales forecasts. Collaborate with R&D and operations to align customer needs with technical solutions. Strengthen client and stakeholder relationships at CXO level. Enhance brand presence via digital and offline marketing initiatives. Lead, train, and mentor high-performing sales & marketing teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Business/Marketing (MBA preferred). 7+ years of progressive experience in sales & marketing within HVAC or related manufacturing. Strong understanding of HVAC products, customer behavior, and competitive landscape. Proven leadership with a track record of exceeding targets. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Comfortable working under pressure with consistent results.
