Position: Assistant Tool Room Manager
Location: Surajpur Greater Noida

We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - Tool Room who can lead teams, optimize processes, and ensure world-class tooling standards across our manufacturing lines.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate tooling design, maintenance, and production activitiesManage the tool room team to ensure efficiency and precisionPlan preventive maintenance for tools, jigs, and fixturesCollaborate with design and production departments for NPD and process improvement

Maintain records of tooling performance and ensure zero downtime operations

Qualification & Experience:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Tool Engineering8–12 years of experience in tool room operations within the manufacturing sectorHands-on experience in tool design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
