Job Title: Branch Manager – Athenian Professional (Salon & Academy)
Location: Ghatkopar Mumbai

Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Athenian Professional Salon & Academy Ghatkopar Mumbai operations. The ideal candidate must possess leadership skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily salon & academy operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage team of stylists, beauticians, and trainers with professionalism and motivation.
• Maintain brand standards, grooming guidelines, and client experience quality.
• Achieve monthly sales, reviews, and savings targets as per management goals.
• Handle client escalations, bookings, and ensure high satisfaction scores.
• Plan and execute marketing, photoshoots, and promotional activities.
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and overall decorum of the branch.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in salon, spa, or service industry management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
• Ability to make decisions, manage team conflicts, and solve problems effectively.
• Professional appearance and adherence to dress code (black formal wear & blazer).
