Job Description

Operational:

Actively contribute to the organization by taking responsibility for scientific, technical, and ethical soundness of all policies, statements and endeavors.
To Support the organization medically in all activities related to portfolio and provide high quality and timely service to internal and external stake holders.
KOL management: Participate and conduct customized promotional and educational interaction with health care professionals- CME programs, symposia, conference meetings.
Provide strategic inputs and support towards creation of marketing plans and towards preparation & execution of medical-marketing programs. Identification of gaps in product promotion & develop strategy to fill the gaps.
Medical information: Provide the technical expertise to product management team towards ethical promotion of assigned products e. g. solve the queries regarding products, provide guideline updates, and address the historical concerns of products.
Review of promotional material: Initiate and/or review and approve promotional, training and CME material in compliance with relevant SOPs and industry codes.
Training: Provide timely accurate and balanced information to internal customer s e. g. sales staff, training department, PMT.
Create database of scientific information compile all product specific information.

Customer:

To coordinate with the PMT department.

People:

Competitive intelligence remain updated with journals and other scientific literature to gain competitive intelligence
