Assistant manager

Role Overview: As the Continuous Improvement Leader, you will be responsible for leading various initiatives aimed at improving processes within the organization. Your role will involve being the go-to person for methodology such as Charts like Box plot, 7QC Tools, Spaghetti diagrams, promoting LEAN manufacturing initiatives, supporting improvement projects, managing 5S activities, audits, and action plans, organizing production lines, optimizing workshop layouts, and managing flow. You will also need to establish good relationships within project teams, provide regular progress reports, and effectively coordinate with stakeholders.
